The Hotel Management and Catering Technology degree creates an a-wide field in which students can improvise their analytical, business, and technical skills. The degree is designed to train admitted students in the hospitality, hospitality, and tourism disciplines to help them develop managerial and analytical skills in these industries. The Hotel Management and Catering Technology multidisciplinary area educates students in four distinct areas: Food Production, Retail, Front Desk Management, and Hotel Service Management. The program aims to improve students' etiquette and greeting manners. The faculty has state-of-the-art facilities such as a training laboratory and kitchen, a teaching cafe, and a cleaning laboratory to help students improve their practical understanding. Under the guidance of experts and scientists, students actively participate in cooking courses and service internships.

To ensure the students' professional competence, Inn and Food Advancements staff coordinate various teaching courses and temporary positions with various renowned brands in the culinary industry. This course is designed to provide our students with business, analytical, and technological skills. In addition, the faculty offers students additional insights into the industry through practice-oriented training courses. The faculty continues to develop relevant interpersonal and professional skills for out-of-school students to enhance their employability.
