Diploma in medical assistant is available as a full-time as well as a part-time graduate-level. The minimum eligibility criteria are the completion of class 10 + 2 from a recognized board. Diploma courses offer specific knowledge compared to elaborated teaching in full-time bachelor and master degrees. Medical Assistants, also known as “clinical assistants” are healthcare professionals, trained and certified in the courses, work in hospitals, clinics, laboratories or other healthcare facilities alongside doctors, physicians and nurses. They perform various clinical and administrative tasks such as assisting doctors in operation theatres or performing laboratory tests for the diagnosis of a disease.

Diploma in Medical Assistant/(Pharmacist) provides students with the proficient skills which are a combination of general office tasks, with the medical practice that helps the students to manage the administrative work in medical based environment. With Diploma in Medical Assistant students enhance their communication skills and form a strong base of medical terminology and medical coding. After graduating with Diploma in Medical Assistant students are able to perform the laboratory activities, which include drawing blood, checking blood pressure and administer medications.
