Course Details

Fashion Design course is a one-year program aimed at imparting theoretical and practical training for aspiring designers who want to start their career in fashion design. This program introduces the students to the art of communicating the design ideas on paper which is then translated into constructed garments. The course has been designed taking into consideration, market demand and increasing importance of professional’s with Entrepreneur ability and passion. The primary responsibility of a machinist/sewing machine operator is to stitch/ sew fabric, fur, or synthetic materials to produce apparels. The Course trains the student to be a Custom Tailor/Dress Design professional at making clothing from start to end and at altering garments to fit.

The course covers all aspects of fashion from the source of inspiration to the production of original prototype. It emphasizes on developing personal responsibility and identity. The focus is to help each student recognize their true potential, and develop their aptitude in their area of expertise. With the foundation based on the experience, expertise & workshops conducted by Industry Professionals the students would be able to develop a strong basis of their skill sets.
